Retired from the corporate life in 2001. In preparation, Kathy and I had gone into business in 1994 opening a Great Clips for hair franchise. We now operate three stores. On the family front, all three daughters are married. One is still in Chicago, one in Miami, FL, one in Las Vegas. Have been blessed with three lovely granddaughters. Our annual travels take us to Rhode Island in June and Florida in November and April with occasional side trips here, there and everywhere. Planning to downsize, we recently built our dream home and ended up up-sizing, but loving it. Prior to the reunion we will have celebrated 41 years of wedded bliss and hope to be fully retired by our 50th anniversary.

We made a visit to Martha Volkhausen a week ago and she had a picture of John, me and Pete Schipa. We remained close friends ever since Horace Greeley. Sadly, John passed away ten years ago but Pete and I along with our wives still get together at least once a year. The picture was taken in 1995 at John and Martha's home in Wyckoff, NJ. Pete and I were both in New York at the same time on business and we all got together one evening. See you in September.

1997 recap. Currently works for S&G Packaging, Chicago, Il as Sales Manager with a focus on non-grocery retail packaging. Enjoys travel ( cruises to the Caribbean and Alaska) gardening and exercise.

Married Kathleen and has 3 children, Joanne, Sarah, and Rebecca. Has lived in Norfolk, VA, Dallas, TX, Des Moines, IA, Chicago, IL. Likes home projects, most spectator sports and travel.
