Guest-Room Rates
The above rates are net and subject to 7.38% New York State and 3% Occupancy taxes in effect at time of check-in.

Reservation Method
It is our understanding that all reservations will be made on an individual basis by the cut-off date of August 30, 2007 (three weeks prior to arrival).

Cut-off Date
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before August 30, 2007 (three weeks prior to arrival). On your cut-off date, The “Hudson Valley’s Country Manor” will review the reservation pick up for the event and release the unreserved rooms for general sale.

Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by first nights room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Cancellations
Cancellations of individual reservations must be made two business days (48 hrs.) prior to the date of arrival. A charge amounting to the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes will be assessed for the individual cancellations made within two business days
