1997 recap. Deborah graduated from Augustana College with a AB in Psychology in '61 and from the University of Maryland with a BS in Business Administration in '79. She has a daughter Sharon and 3 grandchildren. She worked as a Contracting Officer for Resolution Trust Company and later as a Consultant in Proposal and Contract Management. She also worked with the deaf at Gallaudet College. She has traveled much in the Caribbean, Germany, UK and across the USA. She enjoyed philately, swimming, sign language and music.
